Functional exercises
Functional exercises are used to rebuild strength and mobility in everyday life and can be continued at home as home exercises for long-term success.
Taping
The tape is used to support pain relief, decongestion, stabilization and perception training.
Lymphatic drainage
The extremities are decongested with manual movements and blood reflux is supported with compression stockings.
Massage
Massage can release hardening and adhesions, relieve pain and improve local blood circulation. It also has a positive influence on mental relaxation.

Ultrasound
Ultrasound leads locally to improved blood circulation and cell metabolism, which supports the healing process of muscle and tendon tissue.

GLA:D Back (group therapy)
The aim of the GLA:D® Back Program is to improve the self-management of people with long-term or recurring benign back pain. Participants should understand why their back hurts and learn how to deal with the pain and strengthen their back.
